You need to check only "The 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 3 (SP3)" if your prime purpose is converting Office 2007 and 2010 (.xlsx,.docx etc) version formatted files in to Office 2003(.xls,.doc etc) version.Other options like "MSN default homepage & Bing default search engine" are for other purposes.Hence you can avoid selecting them.
